Customer Service Rep
Support Engineer (Open to Graduates & Interns)

  • Responsibilities:

    • ​Provide technical support to customers using the Point Of Sales (POS) system.

    • Guide and instruct users on how to utilize the system effectively.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or malfunctions.

    • Assist in setting up and configuring menu items within the POS system.

    • Collaborate with the development team to report and resolve any software issues.

    • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the POS system.

  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum education of SPM; Diploma and Degree holders are also welcomed to apply.

    • Basic computer operating skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team are crucial.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) IT Analyst (Open to Graduates & Interns)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and document warehouse processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization through the WMS.

    • Implement, configure, and maintain the WMS, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's warehousing needs and objectives.

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the warehousing and IT departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

    • Monitor the performance and reliability of the WMS, addressing any issues or disruptions in a timely manner.

    • Train and support end-users on the WMS, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to use the system effectively.

    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies related to warehouse management systems.

    • Collaborate with other IT and supply chain teams to ensure the WMS integrates seamlessly with other systems (e.g., TMS, ERP).

    • Generate reports and analytics from the WMS to provide insights into warehouse operations and performance.

  • Qualifications:

Job Description:​

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain user-facing features using Angular.

    • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

    • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

    • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.

    • Participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to peers.

    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
